“When you talk about joy in our world today,” says SoulPancake CEO Shabnam Mogharabi, “you sound like some doe-eyed, utopian hippie.” But SoulPancake’s content is about joy—deep, inspiring, thoughtful, uplifting, touching and emotional. Shabnam describes herself as more of an Eeyore than a Tigger—not that joyful by nature—but believes that SoulPancake’s mission, and the Baha'i teachings about joy, have changed her. “Joy gives us wings,” the Baha'i writings say, and it has definitely given wings to SoulPancake, the web’s happiest and most joyful place.
