The Warrior definitely has the most interesting back story, because it actually paints him as not entirely a bad guy. The others were selfish and, at the core, probably had evil with them to begin with. And maybe the Warrior did too, but in truth, he meant well, at least for his own people. He was a king. A king whose realm was under attack with little hope. In his struggle for peace, and to protect his people, Ahriman came to him with and offer of power. Power to vanquish his enemies, and secure peace for all his people. But, ultimately, once peace reigned (and i mean ABSOLUTELY, like, the people were completely at ease and saw no need for things of war)... the king was rejected by his people for what he had become under Ahriman's influence. Merely a tool of war.
Kind of strikes a stark similarity to some unfortunate issues these days, huh? The people were happy when they had someone to fight their battles for them, and secure the peace they wanted and would enjoy into the future... but once it was all over, they didn't give two hoots about those who did all the hard work.
