Sin is costly. It puts you on death row. You are sentenced to death unless you accept God's free gift (His grace), which is forgiveness and life in the coming age because of what Jesus did for you. We open the gift when we hear the Gospel of the Kingdom and choose to walk in obedience to Jesus, and enter through the narrow gate.
The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life (life in the coming age) in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:33)
