Motor swaps always create unique challenges. When you put a motor as big as a Dodge Viper V10 into a chassis as small as a Nissan 240sx, the challenges are amplified. The Dodge Viper V10 is already mounted with a custom built subframe. The custom oil pan for the Dodge Viper V10 is nearing completion. The last major hurdle is a full custom exhuast. But, if it doesnt work, it could derail the entire project!
With 10 cylinders and more than 8 Liters of displacement, the Dodge Viper V10 flows a massive amount of air. Each side of the motor utilizes a 3 inch exhaust collector. Thats 6 inches of total piping that needs to be narrowed down in a functional way to exit at the rear of the car. @jchutch on IG is up for the challenge though!
