On a foggy Christmas Eve, I stopped by this impressive building, a great example of Art Moderne and Art Deco architecture. It opened in 1940 as a Tuberculosis Hospital, then became a Children's Development Center in 1974, and now the renovated building is known as The Villages at Historic Silvercrest.
Flip did a short flyover of the main building, the patio homes, and the view towards the city over I-64.
