Today I get to share with you from a sermon I have prepared on Genesis 4:2-14. We will look at the life of Cain and how it stands in direct contrast to the life we are meant to have in Christ. This is particularly important as we look at idolatry and human attempts to solve the sin problem, not fully understanding sin as it is camouflage against the backdrop of the world. By contrast the holiness of God reveals sin for what it is, and that apart from Christ we have no hope to overcome the beast that is crouching at the door waiting to devour us.
I explore the connection between theology, humanity, history and culture. I do this in the hopes of creating meaningful dialogue with others. I am creating dialogues with Jordan Peterson, Joe Rogan, Russel Brand and other powerful voices in culture.
