• Give an historical account of the role of testosterone and advanced prostate cancer therapy
• Describe the concept of "saturation model" relative to testosterone and its relationship with prostate cancer cells and risk of stimulation
• Review the risk/benefit relationship between prostate cancer and its long-term threat to health versus cardiovascular and musculoskeletal events related to hypogonadism and be able to engage patients in this discussion
