We've tried to be super cautious about what we share about Naomi's diagnosis and prognosis. But Naomi has always held true to being honest about something that affects so many people globally; both as survivors, supporters and those that are living with cancer. And having had you on side for so long we wanted to give an honest update. We had a plan as everyone does; but we know this disease has other plans. We're not unrealistic, but to live each day in hope and light is our best bet right now xx
