The Litla Víti crater is not the typical sink holes although it looks as such but it's actually a collapsed feeding tunnel for the Stóra Víti crater that created this massive shield volcano called Þeystareykjabunga, real Icelandic tongue twister. And if you can make it to Þeystareykjabunga with a beautiful pronunciation rather than looking up the work online, you will be able to go anywhere here in Iceland without problems.
