With the exception of an untranslated PlayStation Network release in 2011, none of the console ports were released overseas. The arcade version of Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness was released as part of Capcom Arcade Stadium and Capcom Fighting Collection. The game was succeeded by Tech Romancer (1998).
Capcom Fighting Collection is a compilation of arcade versions of ten fighting games originally developed and published by Capcom. Most prominently, all five arcade entries in the Darkstalkers franchise are included, marking the first time the full series will be made available outside Japan. The collection also includes Red Earth for its first ever release outside arcades. The compilation features online play with rollback netcode, training and spectator modes, save states, concept art, design documents, and a music player. Similar to Darkstalkers Resurrection, the compilation will not have the extra/boss playable characters featured from the home console versions, unlike the Japanese-only release Vampire: Darkstalkers Collection.

*Tekken (鉄拳)* is a 1994 fighting game developed and published by Namco. It was originally released on arcades, then ported to the PlayStation home console in 1995. One of the earliest 3D polygon-based games of the genre, Tekken was Namcos answer to Virtua Fighter and was designed by Seiichi Ishii, who himself was also Virtua Fighters designer when he worked at Sega previously. The game was developed on the purpose-built low-cost System 11 board, based on PlayStation hardware.
Plotwise, the game revolves around a tournament set up by Heihachi Mishima, who attempts to prove his power to his revenge-seeking son and protagonist, Kazuya. Tekken initially divided opinion regarding its presentation, character designs and unusual control system, which consisted of one button per limb. However, following its home console port originally released in March 1995 — only the third 3D console fighter following Virtua Fighter and Battle Arena Toshinden — it quickly rose in popularity and eventually became a PlayStation best seller based on copies sold, even quickly surpassing its two fighting game rivals. It started the Tekken series, with a sequel, Tekken 2, coming later in 1995.

*Soul Edge (ソウルエッジ)* is a fighting game developed by the Namco team Project Soul and published by Namco as *the first installment in the Soulcalibur* series of 3D fighting games. Originally released as an arcade game in December 1995, an upgraded and expanded version of the game was ported to the PlayStation in December 1996. The PlayStation version was renamed Soul Blade in North America, Europe, and Australia.
The plot centers upon the eponymous sword, shrouded in mystery and rumored to offer unlimited power to anyone who can find and wield it; nine warriors embark on a journey to pursue a tenth who is rumored to have the sword, some to claim it and others to destroy it. The game was a commercial and critical success and was followed up with Soulcalibur in July 1998.
