Yes, I'm now the kind of person to pay mind to a band's political beliefs and actions before listening to them, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. I care about where my money is going, and how it could be used to support a cause that, not only do I not agree with, but advocates for restricting my freedom, and potentially even eradicating me. NSBM is a pox on an otherwise Anarchist scene in the broader music community, and as Pop and Hip-Hop drift into the periphery of the spotlight, I'll be dedicating a lot more attention to opposing NSBM, as well as other Right-wing manifestations of Metal, Rock, and Punk, and promoting a Left-wing opposition.
