At some point... learning can become another way of avoiding change. What if your love of learning has quietly become your favourite form of procrastination? Another podcast (keep listening to mine of course 😉) .
Another book.
Another documentary.
Another rabbit hole.
We tell ourselves we’re growing...
...but are we actually changing?
Knowledge is only valuable if it changes the way you think, feel and live.
Otherwise, it can become another unconscious strategy to stay exactly where you are.
I’ve worked with people who know exactly what they should be doing.
They don’t need more information.
They need to understand why they still aren’t doing what they already know.
That’s where real transformation begins.
Stop asking:
“What else do I need to learn?”
Start asking:
“What’s keeping me loyal to the patterns I already know no longer serve me?” If this resonates, I’d love to show you how I help people break that cycle.
