If this doesn’t make people question the healthcare system, I don’t know what will.
Don’t blame the doctors or vets. Understand what they were taught.
Most doctors are trained to diagnose disease, prescribe medication and perform medical procedures.
Most vets are trained to diagnose disease, prescribe medication and perform medical procedures.
Many receive very little education in nutrition, lifestyle, behaviour change, environmental toxins, stress management or prevention compared to the years spent studying disease and treatment.
You wouldn’t ask a plumber to rewire your house.
So why do we expect doctors and vets to teach us everything about creating health?
Their job is often managing illness.
Your job is learning how to create health.
That means understanding:
✔ Food
✔ Movement
✔ Sleep
✔ Stress
✔ Environment
✔ Relationships
✔ Purpose
✔ Daily habits
For yourself.
For your children.
For your animals.
Growing up means taking responsibility instead of outsourcing every decision to someone else.
The most powerful thing you can do isn’t argue with people.
It’s become living proof.
Living proof that better choices create better outcomes.
Living proof that health, wealth and happiness are skills that can be learned.
Progress, not perfection.
Each of us playing our role.
That’s how we turn things around.
