In this video I breakdown the move list that the character was given in the character guide that the riot game devs put out for 2XKO. 2XKO added a new grappler called blitzcrank and he is the grappler of the game with a scary pull game. He can pull people, run strike throw and super his way to get big damage. I am curious to see if he's good or bad.
