We’ve developed a complete line of chassis that replaces the factory frame. We now have individual chassis that use the following Polaris RZR models:
• RZR XP 1000 (2014–2019)
• RZR XP Turbo (2016–2019)
• RZR XP Turbo S (2018–2019)
• RZR PRO XP (2020–2025)
• RZR Turbo R (2022–2025)
Each chassis is designed as the perfect foundation for your next side-by-side build — allowing you to reuse major components from your donor RZR including drivetrain and suspension.
Whether you’re trail riding, racing, or building a one-off project, our tube chassis platform gives you the strength, geometry, and style to take your RZR far beyond stock.
