Ultimate VELVEETA Shells and Cheese ~ Stove Top Mac and Cheese Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound medium size shells
2 1/2 cups water
2 cups milk
1 pound cubed Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese - optional
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
white pepper to taste

In pan add milk, water, butter, pepper and pasta.
Bring to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Add velveeta cheese. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
Add sharp cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
Turn off heat. Add sour cream and stir to combine.
Stir to combine.

Serve and enjoy.
