Leonard Stringfield doesn't get the name recognition of Stanton Friedman, but in my view, he opened the entire genre of crash-retrieval research and did more and better work on it than Stanton ever did.
His seven Investigation Status Reports, published only after his death, collect testimony from people who contacted him about every aspect of the crash retrieval program.
