Taking inspiration from house music and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, this album explores themes of escapism. It follows a journey through a reimagined wonderland where appearances can’t be trusted, and fantasy constantly clashes with reality.

After spending a decade in and out of development hell, this project was written during a period when escapism felt essential. Music was a crutch in a way, and while there’s a healthy balance to that, it's sometimes hard to get right. That tension lives throughout the album, exploring a version of wonderland where not everything is safe, and what sounds good isn’t always good for you.
