As an artist I sometimes have days where my past work feels unremarkable to me, I try not to let those days drag me down. Rather than dwell on that feeling, remixing myself has been an attempt to flip that script inside my head. Changing the self-talk to: you know what? these songs are special, they deserve love.
From that headspace, a whole new range of possibilities opened up, and for me that became sunset mixes. They are sometimes chill, sometimes clubby, but always euphoric and emotional.
In a way I dont even see these as remixes, I see them as entirely new songs. I hope you enjoy listening to them as much as I enjoyed creating them.
