I recently got quite a lot of stick for a video I made on grappling for self defence.

I didn't want to take it lying down (you see what I did there) and so here is the next video!

I realise I normally publish videos on Tuesday, but an update of Premiere Pro has caused a bug in rendering, and so it's taken me a while to find a work around...
