Magic: the gatherings newest fan created format - spellbook

THE RULES

1. Exactly 40 card deck
2. Up to 3 copies of a card except basic lands
3. You play with your deck in your hand (deck = hand)
4. You may skip your draw phase
5. Shuffle before resolving effects such as mill, surveil, and the ultimatums.

Card pool: Historic
Currently no ban list, because I figured degenerate stuff will keep other degenerate stuff in check.
Mox Amber is limited to one to prevent turn 1 wins.
