In this presentation, Jean-Arthur Régibeau, Ambassador of Belgium to the United States and former Ambassador to the Russian Federation discusses the importance of the transatlantic alliance between Europe and the US at a time of growing tensions with Russia and China. He looks how a a mid-size European state like Belgium looks at these current movements in world affairs.
