Round 5=Evvvviiilllllllll Doppelgängers and Disney Deaths

Wow…um…this is it. This is the end to everything. This whole ordeal feels so much longer than just a mere seven months. But…here I am. I’m speechless and I’m emotional. I would like to thank the TTWU crew from the bottom of my heart for being the most supportive bunch, for making me laugh, and for just being amazing friends in general. I would love to thank Olivia (WolfSpirit79) for being there for me when I was struggling, and for creating a fantastic romance that I never thought would catch on so quickly. To all of YOU lovely people, who rooted for me and my character and loved my videos so much. And of course, to Sandra, for creating this story in the first place, and being one of the best writers I have ever encountered, as well as being super sweet the whole way! And don’t worry my fellow viewers! There WILL be an epilogue for our two lovers on both me and Liv’s ends. Now let’s get to the notes!:

FUN FACTS:

-Nita’s first language is actually her ancient tribal language that I call Nunavuk (but really it’s just Mongolian shhhh don’t tell anyone). That’s why she speaks it various times throughout the video. Since she’s been on the run throughout the kingdom for three years straight, she’s had to speak English fluently 24/7 and why she’s hardly spoke Nunavuk up until this point.

-The Colonel’s death has been this lingering thing that I’ve been wanting to address since R3, but other topics and conversations and of course time got in the way. And due to rewriting her confrontation with Miguel for a third time (ho am i showing you guys the rough drafts after the contest has ended), bringing up his death and her reaction to it seemed like perfect timing. To be clear on two things: 1) Nita would have never ever killed the Colonel herself. She doesn’t believe that to be the answer. She’s strictly against that action unless she feels it’s her only option. 2) While not completely true, she does think Sinbad killed the Colonel. Like straight up murdered him. She got knocked off the boat with Melody before she could see the end of their confrontation so that’s the only conclusion she came up with.

-Many pieces/lines of dialogue and framed shots added into the throne room scene are heavily inspired by the TV show “Merlin”, since that show’s themes focus on corruption of magic and power as well. The last piece of music itself is also a score segment from the show. (to those who haven't been following me for years, this is my favorite tv show of all time XD)

NOTES:


-Miguel blushes at Sinbad because he’s actually bisexual.

-Miguel and Cassim don’t know each other personally, only through reputation since Miguel is a highly respected and popular noble in the kingdom.

-Why is Nita shown to have her amulet in the bar? Because I’m an idiot who didn’t realize my mistakes until long after I finished the clip. But no, Nita does not have her amulet this round. It was always with the Duke.

-While not shown in Liv’s round, Sinbad did tell Nita the whole thing with Phoebus and Esmerelda last round in the cabin. Hence why Nita calls Phoebus a dick. (and honestly i would to because fuck that guy)

-The reason why Nita looks shocked when D!Tulio mocks Sinbad’s heritage is because he has never actually told Nita about the whole ordeal with Cassim and Ali. The extent of her knowledge is that Cassim and Sinbad are related but that’s really it (hence why she shows a lot of respect to Cassim; if she did know what happened, she would be more weary of him).

-Nita’s world going black and white after Sinbad falls is a parallel to something similar I did in my backstory segment from round 3. It, essentially, represents that Nita feels like she has lost everything

-What was that small glimpse of Tulio and Sinbad on the balcony that Nita saw? See WolfSpirit’s round for context.

-Nita sees the Duke and the Tulio possessing him as a monster. They’re not human to her. They’re just shells filled with greed and hate. That’s why she was so willing to kill him. For the record, Nita wanted gravity to do the work for her. She’s still a pacifist and I don’t think she would have had the ability to stab him or something like that.
