With the start of August new tier shifts have taken place in Smogon competitive singles and there is quite a lot to cover here with some very interesting and suprising shifts, like Cresselia & Moltres rising up to OU, while Tyranitar & Gyarados have fallen down to RU. The usage stats from last month also show how the meta has developed in the past month. In this video we will be covering the tier shifts that happened in the Gen 9 OU tier in depth, while touching on some tier shifts for the lower tiers as well and we will be pointing out some notable usage stats.
