So this is The Timekeeper, a character in Kitsuneology. He makes sure time runs smoothly but every billion years part of him rots away, and he has to stay in his little realm until he's nothing but bones; and that's when his specific universe (there's multiple in the Kitsuneology universe) starts anew. That's all I'm gonna say about him for now, though.
