I remember how much I waited for this series after seeing the trailer. It's not a bad series but I think it could have been better. I really liked the visual world of the series. The landscape, the atmosphere, the corpses. So these things were done very well. But somehow it wasn't complete. At least for me. I liked the book much better. I loved Dan Simmons' book. I read the book after the series and I'm so glad I read it because it was a great adventure. The Terror is a very good book. A great story. Worth reading. The story touched me quite a bit. I felt very sorry for these brave people. I was so impressed by the book and the series, that I searched for the Franklin Expedition on the internet.
A couple of weeks ago I watched Resident Evil and immediately fell in love with Marilyn Manson's music. I also chose this soundtrack because I thought it would fit the mood of the series well. Oh, and this soundtrack is my phone's ringtone too! :D
In this video I wanted to focus mostly on mood, circumstance, madness, darkness and death. I hope you'll enjoy this edit too!
