Katie is a character from the Dr. Seuss film “Horton Hears a Who”, and she’s a sort of running joke… A rather creepy one, whose behaviour goes completely unanswered in the film. On a little journey I made to solving her, the rabbit hole deepened dramatically and made this film truly embrace the phrase “cosmic horror story”.
