In this panel Pete Sinclair discusses his pitch to Playmates toys for a possible Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles convention.

The mock up here was done as a proof of concept from start to finish and it includes customized toys that represented concepts for the con and club, complete packaging and file cards and even new art.

The idea was not picked up by Playmates but could definitely have been something to fill the void in the world of TMNT, which has no real core fan collective like Transformers, GI Joe, Masters of the Universe, etc have.
