The TF2 team, which is now speculated to be three people working part-time, has begun laying the groundwork to take on the saturation of rage-cheats found within the casual mode. Team Fortress 2 would require many more patches in order to put this issue to bed, but these fixes, in combination with what is rumored to be upcoming, is a good start.
