oh look, a new video already.
Welll after finishing FFXV's story last week, I had a lot of feelings. Which I spat out in the form of video over the course of this week. Yup. I still have a lot of feelings, but editing is my favourite kind of vent.
So I first paid close attention to this particular song during Chapter 4 (such an epic chapter), and then started listening to it properly. I thought to myself, would be epic to edit to. (Especially the violin part, that mood is perfect for flashbacks). But nah I can't do it.
Nah.
Nahhhhh.
But eh. My inspiration for any other song just WOULDN'T come. SOO Apocalpyse Noctis it was! Super proud I could do it too (contrary to my doubts).
STORY
The story in this video is actually really important, I hope its clear. It starts off with the end of the story (where he's facing his nemesis who has stolen the throne), then it goes back to the beginning, to follow Noctis' journey from being a young sheltered prince, to having the courage to rise up to become the chosen king. Along the way, he has people he loves around him, Luna, and his close friends and allies. However, after losing things important to him, and realising his duty and the symbol he is - he finally rises up (specifically at 1.39 LOL) fast forward to the future, and he is ready to take back whats his.
I really loved Noctis' character in FFXV. I think he is one of my favourite FF characters... he has a lot of trouble with presence. He isn't a leader, and he isn't a natural born king. He understands that he's the next in line, but he doesn't want to stand out. He isn't someone to rise up to the challenge. He can't mourn even when he wants to, so he has trouble with displaying emotion. But these flaws are what made him so believable and relatable for me. I love him a lot XDD So this video is a little tribute to his journey and challenges along the way. (heart) Hope FFXV fans who watch this like it.

This was my video for AMV Project Org Round 4. The theme for this round was life lessons/learning through adventure - and I went deep and went for a literal lifes growth and journey through editing Maquia. I watched this film last weekend to edit this round, Im so happy I did because it was such a good film T T Really tugged at my heartstrings.
The song by Sleeping at Last, is actually about the meaning of Joy and interpretations of it. So, I thought it was the perfect song to edit this round. So glad I finally edited a full with them, theyre such a great band.

Some days, its hard to see. If I was a fool or you a thief.
This was a short edit that Id been working on for the past two weeks on and off, after finishing Three Houses Dimitris route a month ago. I listened to this song again randomly and got the idea. The song is overdone to death but I was itching to do it. xD Basically, I wanted to zone into the betrayal Dimitri felt during the middle of his route, and flesh out the angst more!

Im editing way too much Misaka lately but I dont care :D
A small video I started when the new season started to air ~ I realised that the full song doesnt fit ToumaXMisaka well (yet) or rather.. I dont have enough scenes..so I trimmed the song down.
I edited to this song a long time ago in a birthday mep :) I love how much power the song has *_* I edited it with Misaka last time as well, I think the song suits her a lot!

STORY:
For the ones who dont watch Railgun/Index - the arc is about Misakas clones which are being used in an experiment. She gave her DNA map to scientists as a child because they promised that theyd use it to cure diseases (lol no). The scientists are now using them to try and achieve Level 6, a level of power that has never before been reached, and to do this they instructed Accelerator, the strongest Level 5 in the city, to murder one clone a day to eventually achieve Level 6. When Misaka finds out about this she sets out to try and stop the experiments herself. But shes shouldering all the burden herself, and she soon realises that she needs to stop doing this, (CUE MY OTP) and Touma helps her :D")

After a year and a half, ITS FINALLY DONE
The theme of the mep is overcoming hardships (whether that be relationship wise, psychological or physical abuse, etc). The second half of the mep represents a transition to a more hopeful prospect and future.
And it turned out so powerful and better than I couldve ever done on my own (originally i wanted to do a full amv with this song, but it was too ambitious for me;-;) thank you for everyone for taking part!! :) and special thanks to toya, anna and amy for replacing people, and everyone who remained (lol ;-;)

Just casually advertising a new mep group Im part of, by uploading one of my parts :D. I made this part for our first mep, Ive been dying to edit this song for forever, and suggested this song for our first mep. So glad I did, the mep turned out soo good :D
For me, this song is a perfect fit with Kyoukai no Kanata, but I dont have enough love for the series to make a full. Lol. But who knows, maybe Ill have the motivation to do it someday - my love for this song is eternal.
