So up to this point we've gotten dialogue choices on occasion. This builds up an invisible Affinity gauge with Leon and Almira. For these next few stages, we get separated and whoever you have higher Affinity with will be who we reunite with first. For me, it was Leon. Leon's the better ally anyways so that worked out.
This area is interesting, there are ghosts roaming about that will inhabit any dead body, then rise up to fight you again. You can stop this from happening by overkilling the enemy and making their body explode or knocking them into one of the wall mouths that will swallow anything it gets ahold of. If it kills, it leaves no body. But you actually get more Etheria if you let the bodies get taken over and defeat the possessed enemy.
I think this is the only stage that doesn't have a boss, it just ends with you reaching the final room and running into either Juju or Galumn, who temporarily joins you. Since we fought Juju in the previous stage, we get her here.
