The New Survival Parang – Odenwolf x Reini Rossmann (Special Edition)
Today we’re testing a real beast: The Survival Parang, developed in collaboration with Reini Rossmann. It’s massive, powerful, and now available for pre-order!
Technical Specs:
• Model: Survival Parang (Special Edition Reini Rossmann)
• Steel: Robust D2 Steel (excellent edge retention)
• Handle: G10 (secure grip even in wet conditions)
• Weight: 425 g (plenty of power for heavy chopping)
• Dimensions: Total length 307 mm / Blade length 180 mm
Important Note (Prototype): In this video, I am testing the prototype. The final production version will feature the following optimizations:
1. Smaller sharpening notch for better control during carving.
2. The entire spine will be sharp-edged (from tip to handle) for use with fire steels.
3. The bevel will be ground higher for even better cutting performance.

• Transport: The knife comes in a box with a combination lock. This qualifies as a "locked container," making it legal to transport.
