Marvin recorded this track (not the same song from the Ross/Supremes era) in the 60's and it remained incomplete in the vaults for almost 30 years. When his 4CD commemorative boxed set was being compiled in 1989 Motown contacted Scherrie & Lynda to arrange and record their voices to complete the song with backing vocals. As you can hear, the result is completely Supreme! Also worth noting is the fact that this gives Scherrie & Lynda the honour of being the last Supremes to ever record for the label.
