Exploring the case Glacier Northwest Inc. v. International Brotherhood of Teamsters and how the Supreme Court seemingly picked this case specifically to make it so that the unions of striking workers can be sued for damages perceived by the company for not having having workers in a given time frame. This would significantly weaken unions legal ability to strike which only leaves more radical options that were compromised away a long time ago.
