In this video I showcase a modular 80 furnace supersmelter that can smelt 9 stacks in less than 90 seconds or a stack a second. You can start smaller and and modules along the way - you can even add more than 80 furnaces. The best part - now that zero tick is a thing of the past - is that it only takes a relative small bamboo setup to keep this furnace array going because of the smart way bamboo is evenly distributed to where its needed most. Because you don't need to stock up a lot of bamboo this supersmelter can function as an XP vault as well as a super supersmelter.
EDIT: People have reported a problem with the even fuel distribution, when you used in a certain way, so I have made a quick fix for that here. youtu.be/MIt3vi5fddQ
