The Sugar Loaf rises above Abergavenny in South Wales, it is the beautiful gateway to the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. On this climb my friend Neil and I started from the Porth-y-Park car park, a short drive up from the town. Our weather was mixed- heavy rain showers interspersed with sunny periods at the top, then heavy rain on the way down (too heavy to film in places). A superb day that I won't forget.
