00:00 Donald Lambert from the Circle Recordings of 1949. I raised the pitch on this by .60 semitones to reflect the key that Mr. Lambert would play this in on the several recordings we had. Thought Mr. Lambert was fully capable of playing in any key. Really rocking, as always.
03:10 Signore Federico Insoli, who I claim to be the top stride pianist of this new generation, beats it out in this recording from the 10th July of 2021. Federico, while simulating many of Don's tricks of the trade, also exhibits much of his own sound and style, which is something seldom seen in today's world. Multiple chants of cheer, the throng goes wild. The best!
06:02 Myself, recorded on the 18th of November of 2023, playing on my upright Shoninger in need of a desperate tuning and some fresh hammers. I have refined this tune since my previous video, however still have a ways to go before I feel really satisfied with how I rock out with it.
