Thank you, Chandler Riggs, for playing Carl Grimes for 8 years on The Walking Dead.
Although Rick’s son died he is still in our memories, this video is dedicated to one hell of a badass in the zombie apocalypse who was able to hold his own and fight for what’s right.
Losing Carl was the hardest part of TWD and it created a gap that can never be refilled. I hope I was able to capture his importance in the show with this edit.
There are always moments you have to cut out in videos like these (transformation / evolution / story), I picked the best moments that fit the best with the music and vibe I was going for. But there will always be a few moments that can't make it in the final edit, such as Carl eating pudding xD

Hey everyone, recently I went through some of my older edits and I stumbled upon this Daryl Dixon edit I made with the song Demons, I saw how much potential it had and was actually quite pleased with how the video was, considering how long ago I made it. However I felt like I should use the original song and not a cover and really utilise a song a bit more, so here we are: a remake.
Unlike before I purposefully re-used certain scenes in the same video, such as Beth holding Daryl and Beths blood on the ground. I did this to showcase the change throughout the video and how it sticks with him whilst Daryl tries to escape the faith of what will always happen.
As usual I tried to follow the lyrics the best I could and every scene has its reason to be right there. I did re-use a couple masks, because I thought what the hell, its just a couple seconds, but adds so much. Let me know what you think about re-using of certain effects.
On a completely different note. Some people love to pretend to be me. Im NOT on Instagram, whoever you see there is not the real me, but a fake person that steals my edits and claims to be me. Its best to just report that person.

I thought it would be fun to make a very simplistic video that also showcases the happier moments in TWD, rather than just always the grim and dark tones the show carries.
I edited it a bit here and there, but tried to not over-do it, hopefully the little texts dont take away from the video. Whenever a moment was funny enough on its own I tried to leave it as much as it was in the original. But I also thought I could make a couple moments that werent necessarily funny in the show into more comedic skits by adding thoughts to the characters. Hello there, ever since I did the Diary of Jane video (which in my opinion is my best video until today) Ive been wanting to use another Breaking Benjamin song. It took me a while to gather the courage to take on another one of those extremely difficult songs, but I think the end result is magnificent. I really hope I was able to live up to the expectations people had when they clicked on this video because I spent a LOT of time on this.
The song is dark, gritty and emotional at the same time which perfectly describes Officer Friendlys personality throughout The Walking Dead. Hes a man caught in a world filled with psychopaths and he has to decide how much of himself he allows to let go to survive. The more he lets go of his humanity, the more he becomes like the villains. In this video I tried to showcase that by not solely making him the devil, but him as well as negan and the governor and smaller villains. I wanted to end on a good note though and nothing fits that better than Rick sparing Negan for Carls dying wish.
In this video I expiremented a bit, I tried out a darker colouring (lets hope YouTube doesnt mess it up again). I added little black bars, not only does it give an extra feeling to the edit, it mainly functions as a place for me to put the subtitles. Which brings me to the biggest expirement that I tried on this video: subtitles. Do you like them, do you hate them? I thought they were pretty clever here, considering the music is loud and people do tend the mumble from time to time. You can just ignore the subtitles of course, since its mostly Rick talking and he speaks pretty clearly most of the time, but I thought it would be interesting to add the subtitles.

You voted for another Daryl Dixon edit and here we are. I had a tough choice between going with the original version and the sad piano version with Chesters voice still there. I ended up going with the original, which I think was the right call with how this tribute turned out. Im very proud of how the third chorus goes and I think you can all see it took a lot of work to get that right.
Although Daryl has been kind of sitting on his hands the past half season he is still one of the best characters left on the show and making tributes to him is always fun. I focused mainly on the Rick, Beth and Merle relationships he had. But then again I always do that, so that shouldnt come as a surprise.
This song just has such a good vibe and it perfectly shows how numb Daryl has become over the years from losing his brother, to Beth to his newly found brother on the bridge.
I decided to once again use the black bars plus subtitles, because I mostly got positive feedback the last two videos. Plus Norman Reedus can mumble and grunt a little bit from time to time, which isnt always very audible. This should help people who arent natively English to understand the video a bit more. Welcome to another Daryl Dixon tribute! Daryl has been in a lot of fight scenes the past couple episodes and I havent really touched on those, so I figured it would be a good time to make a new Daryl edit. I thought this song would be perfect, because he has been kind of sitting on his hands the entire season, but now he is finally ready to fight the whisperers. The Fight scene with Daryl and Alpha was great material and I wish it had lasted a bit longer, it was great nonetheless. The fight at Hilltop was good too, especially the scenes where Daryl uses the morning star.
I decided to go with a more vanilla/natural editing, meaning no extreme effects or zooms, but more back to basic. I know not everyone likes the zooms and its a lot easier for me as well to keep it simple. Besides that it also allows us to see the scenes a lot clearer.

Hello there! The song Enemy has been requested more times than Rick has screamed CORAL. So I figured it was about time I used the song. The Walking Dead and Imagine Dragons, cant go wrong with that. Most people wanted to pair the song with our favourite crossbow wielding redneck, Daryl Dixon. Enemy is a great song for editing, the timing between beats is perfect, it allows for great transitions, which is the style I went with this time. Lately Ive been exclusively doing cinematic tributes, but now its a lot more edit heavy. I hope you guys like the variation as much as I do.
In case youve been living under a rock the past months, heres why so many people like the song Enemy. Riot Games made a TV show about some of their League of Legends characters, called Arcane. That show blew up in popularity. The opening theme of that show was... youve guessed it: Enemy. I still need to finish Arcane myself, but I surely will one of these days. Hello all, after everything with AMC and my videos getting blocked I wanted to make at the very least 1 more TWD video before deciding what to do. And if it so happens to be my last one, I want it to be the very best video you have ever seen. Thus I’ve created what I think is my finest work yet. This edit features a dark Rick Grimes with footage from all nine seasons of The Walking Dead. I think season 3 Rick Grimes is the best one, so most scenes are from there. The tribute is extremely fast paced and features lots of on beat action, quick cuts, parallels and special transitions.
