The “Stay At Home Girlfriend” trend is everywhere right now. TikTok is flooded with luxury routines, Pilates mornings, skincare fridges, immaculate apartments, and women saying they’ve “opted out” of hustle culture entirely.
… But is this trend actually empowering?
Or is it a softer, prettier rebrand of economic dependence?
