The Starters are some of the most beloved Pokémon in the entire franchise, and are the Pokémon that most of the time, end up travelling with us throughout our adventures. So I’ve decided to create a tier list of which starters I personally think are the best and worst. Also, Pikachu doesn’t count as a starter :p
