In March 1981, only two months after taking the oath of office, President Ronald Reagan was allegedly taken to Camp David and briefed on five extraterrestrial civilizations. A transcript of that meeting surfaced in 2005 through Serpo.org, released by a retired senior official inside the Defense Intelligence Agency.
