Paint a picture with a palette knife. It's so easy, anyone can do it. You just need paint, water, and a palette knife. Done!
First, pour a background color. I used white. Then simply pour the other colors onto the canvas.
Now dip your palette knife into the white paint and glide it over the painted surface. Don't dip, just glide.
You can also use a color other than white to glide over the other colors. I'm using white here because my new paint formula creates cells with it.
