Prime Minister Andy Burnham is facing backlash from Labour MPs after reportedly axing the plans to place Thames Water into emergency special administration.
Reports indicated that Burnham backed away from the idea to place the water provider into temporary public ownership via a Special Administration Regime, much to the disgruntlement of some of his MPs.
