The Bake and Roast function of the Smart Oven™ Air Fryer Compact delivers even energy to the top and bottom elements, which is perfect for baking foods like chocolate brownies or roasting a whole chicken. Find out how to get the most out of this handy function, and make your baking and roasting experiences a piece of cake!
Instructions:
1. Set your rack to the bottom position and turn the Function dial to Bake & Roast.
2. Adjust the temperature and time with the Temperature/Time dial on the front of the oven.
3. Preheat the oven by pressing the Start/Stop button.
3. Once the oven is preheated, place your food in the middle of the oven.
4. Use the Convection setting, and the time and temperature will adjust for delicious fudgy results.
Tips:
• To roast a whole chicken, insert the chicken into the oven sideways, with the legs facing either to the left or the right, and with the breast facing up.
