A short rendition of the famous old Scottish folk song, which relates the escape of Prince Charles Edward Stuart to Skye after his defeat at Culloden in 1746. I have set it to a collection of pictures, some of which are mine, taken around the Applecross peninsula, from where you could skite a flat stone and land it on Raasay. This piece was arranged and played specially for my old friend Ronnie Costley's ;latest CD - Souvenirs and Scotch Mist. Ronnie now has a successful crooning career over in Ireland (check him out folks: ronniecostley.net/). He is the fella playing the lovely keyboards in the background.
