Reds Rhetoric | The Size Of The Earth - Supplement 1 - Armillary Sphere @RedsRhetoric | Uploaded July 2023 | Updated October 2024, 2 hours ago.
In my last video, we went over how to find the distance to the Sun. One measurement needed for our calculations was the radius of the Earth, and we explained how that value could be found. Flat Earthers had a problem with this, saying angular measurements require a Flat Earth. And to the surprise of nobody, the Flat Earthers are wrong yet again.
This video is a more thorough explanation of our measurement of the Earth, featuring a physical small-scale demonstration of the methodology. With this video, ignorance is no longer a valid excuse for the blind rejection of our measurements.
