Kevin Ko's "The Incantation" was released on Netflix last year, and after having months to properly digest its absolutely horrific meta-narrative, I felt like posting my thoughts online through this commentary. The Incantation is my favourite live-action film out of last year, and now stands as my all time favourite found-footage horror film. Its not a movie that is easily to explain, but its a movie that horror enthusiasts will appreciate on every level. As someone who adores the genre, I've seen plenty of what it has to offer, but in terms of contemporary horror films that stuck with me...only this film comes to mind...solely because of six words...
