In almost 40 years as a tour guide for the Lenzing Group, Nikolaus (Niki) Hüpfl has guided 120,000 visitors through the Lenzing site in Upper Austria. Niki, whose life is a story of resilience, loyalty and determination, brings his passion and personality to every tour, always with an individual touch that reflects his deep connection to Lenzing. A gifted storyteller, he inspires visitors of all kinds, from schoolchildren to dignitaries such as Indira Gandhi, in seven languages. The short film "The Singer, Not the Song" captures this passion and is a tribute to Niki and the commitment of everyone in the Lenzing family. With this film, we want to show our current and future colleagues that we are optimistic about the future, that we will continue to grow together and that we not only see the performance of every employee, but also value it.
