Whose Singaporean milkshake brought the boys to the yard?
We can tell ya, but we have to charge. 🐮🍼🥛

Ingredients:
Vanilla ice cream
Pandan extract
Chendol jelly
Coconut milk
Gula Melaka sauce
Toasted coconut flakes
Desiccated coconut flakes

Steps:
1. Add 6 big scoops of vanilla ice cream along with 100 ml of coconut milk and 1 teaspoon of pandan extract into your blender
2. Blend the mixture until you’ve gotten the desired texture of your milkshake
Assembling the milkshake:
1. Use the gula melaka sauce as a glue for the desiccated coconut flakes around the glass rim
2. Place the chendol jelly at the bottom of your glass. Use about a third of the glass
3. Pour gula melaka sauce down the sides of your glass
4. Pour in the blended mixture
5. Top if off with whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes and gula melaka granola (or any toppings of your choice)
6. Use a stick to poke through 3 ondeh ondeh kuehs for garnish on top of the milkshake
TIP: Freeze the ondeh ondeh kueh before making the milkshake to avoid explosion of the kueh as you poke the stick through
