A series of videos where I gentrify lots throughout the Sims worlds. This video incorporates both the Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the Gentrification process that a lot of neighborhoods go through in a single video. So three different looks- Maxis Starter/ My Starter/ My Final Gentrified Build. I talk a bit about gentrification and the background story of builds as this build plays out in sped up fashion. This build has no income or asset limitations.
